Not only is the SPCA "directing funds from animals in its care" to expensive lawyers to use to try to silence AAS for really speaking for animals (even though Chortyk makes the SPCA look too pious to do that), but here are a few other ways it spends donator's money -

1. Staff retreats to Harrison Hot Springs and Manning Park
2. Trips to England
3. Expensive Consultants
4. Expensive vehicles
5. Big salaries

As for spending money on the animals in it's care? Where have the grim, cold, comfortless cells and cages been replaced while all this high-living has been going on?
