How absolutely pathetic and yet typical of the SPCA. So much for "New Directions" seems like somewhat of a backward slide to me...The second attempt to use intimidation tactics to silence their critics.

Yet oddly enough, not mentioned in the SPCA brochures, when informing the public how their donations are spent!
