Hello,
The shelters that have achieved full or nearly-full pre-spay/neuter are:

Surrey
Richmond
Nelson
Nanaimo
Maple Ridge
Port Alberni
South Okanagan Similkameen (Penticton)
West Vancouver
Victoria
Delta
Comox
Cowichan
Vancouver
Kamloops
Saltspring Island

We estimate that the cost of full pre-spay/neuter in all of our shelters will be an additional $3 million per year, but we are working hard to raise this money and to find vets willing to do the low-cost spay/neuter for us in every community. We are also working on a plan for aggressive spay/neuter initiatives with northern and Aboriginal communities.

Sincerely,
Lorie
