Please spread the word - Animal Planet has a show on called "That's My Baby." The episode I am currently watching is showing a sweet (but ignorant) family breeding their pet cat (who they got from the pound) because they thought it would be FUN. This is the second episode I've seen like this - earlier this week they were showing someone breeding their purebred dog (not show quality, no genetic screening, etc) because it would be "FUN." They are emphasizing how "cute" the kittens are and what "fun" it is to be breeding Fluffy. I can't believe it.

This show has got to be stopped. I just sent my letter of protest to Animal Planet and hope you'll do the same. Please go to www.animalplanet.com and voice your concern.

Please post to as many rescue organizations/groups/individuals that you are in contact with.
