Congratulations Gail and Big Heart Rescue for expanding into Bella Coola. You have brought about so much change in Bella Bella and Kuper Island for the helpless dogs and cats. The SPCA hasn't been successful, so an old Province article says, but obviously you have been. You must have a magic wand! I hope that lots of people will donate to the Vaccination Challenge so that you can administer help to as many as possible. Why doesn't the SPCA give you money towards your dedicated work to improve the quality of life on these reserves for these animals so they don't suffer? Have you asked them?
