I just called Cecil Counties States Attorney Chris Eastridge and spoke to a woman who took my name and number. I demanded that this investigation needs to be turned over to Harford County due to a conflict of interest. She didn’t understand so I explained that the Asst States Attorney (Baynes) is also a CCSPCA board member. I commented how odd it is that criminal charges have never been brought against CCSPCA nor even an investigation. Call Mr. Eastridge’s office 410-996-5335

I also spoke to a very nice young lady at Mr. Smigiel’s office who provided the phone numbers. She also advised that the Head Criminal Investigator for the Atty General is not taking this lightly and there will be a full investigation. It “won’t be swept under the rug” to quote the young lady.

She also advised to call the Comptroller of MD at 410-260-7561 as well. I did so and left a voice mail.
