Yukon News cartoonist Wyatt Tremblay sums up perfectly how Trevor has been treated (especially by media like CBC Yukon who have stirred up a lynch mob mentality by their usual cowardly journalism). Judging by the postings on the CBC North website, it seems that a significant portion of CBC's audience (Yukoners and northerners in general) would have preferred he was dispatched without a second thought. After all, the north and the Yukon have long-standing traditions of dog shooting that continues to this day - dog mushing industry and the modus operandi of animal control in most northern communities).
