I suppose it would be hard for individuals such as yourself to understand why we hunt. For food and to use the antlers and pelts to the fullest potential instead of throwing them in the bush. I don't go to the store like you do to get my meat, the cow that was kept in a manure filled barn, pumped with steroids and then slaughtered for you to eat... I don't expect you to understand nor do I want you too. I do it for me. I invest more money and time on the conservation of wildlife in need than you do I can be sure. Some people just don't get it. We need to cull a certain amount of animals in order to have our luxury homes and land is running short. If I want to look at and pay respects to the animal by stuffing it and mounting it on my wall.... look away. If us as hunters didn't take care of things, do you think "peta" is going to help you when cougars and grizzlies move into your yard because of overpopulation and start gnawing on your kids? Seriously "antis" we are gonna keep on hunting and keep on nailing the heads on the wall. Its good to have you own opinion though, good for you!
