My suspicion is that the B.C. Conservation Service does not have a clue

So, let me get this straight. According to Ben York, the supervisor for the North Island for the B.C. Conservation Service, "There is a healthy population of wolves on the Island," but they are rarely seen as, "They tend to be quite wily for the most part, and your typical wild wolf is long gone before you even know they are in the area."

So, how does the B.C. Conservation Service know that the wolf population in this area can sustain an "open season on wolves"? Where is the data on the wolf populations in this area? I would like to be provided with this information.

My suspicion is that the B.C. Conservation Service does not have a clue. I think that the person who killed this grey wolf deserves much more than a fine or date with a judge.

It's legal to shoot wolves, but not leaving them to rot *PIC*
