How is having eight animals at a shelter overcrowding ? They had been there since November? This tells me that someone was not working hard enough to find them homes. How do you humanely shoot a cat? Maybe someone should ask the animals that were shot how it felt. To take these animals in and then to end their lives in such a horrendous way is both shocking and disgusting. So, by euthanizing these animals, rather than shooting them, this means that roads will not be maintained? Huh? This is garbage. What was really wanted was a quick end to the lives of unwanted animals that were costing money to maintain. If this is the best that can be done for these animals, this shelter should be shut down. What can you say.....these animals were betrayed big time!!
