I rescued two dogs myself from an abuser who lived a few blocks away so I was very interested to read about other women who rescue dogs. I've known for a long time that I'm not the only one. A lawyer I know was driving down the street and saw a woman abusing 2 yorkies so she stopped and took the dogs away from her.
