Thanks for taking the time to write that letter to the City of Vancouver Emma; they can't hear too often that bylaws MUST be adopted to control the source of the dogs that pounds MUST kill: bylaws to control the production of the big cross-breeds and the desocialization of these dogs by isolation, chaining and penning.
