I had a friend of mine in Toronto call humane socieity (SPCA?). They had been flooded with calls. The address does not exist. The site is a hoax. However, it could be the site owners are testing the waters to see what reaction the get. I have been told it is not illegal in Canada to eat dog meat as long as you "kill it humanely". How you do that, I have no idea. I am having German portion of the site checked as well.
