This morning, on Global news, Ryan (I didn't catch the last name) a Special Constable with the SPCA, was interviewed about the cold conditions and dogs. He suggested that people who have outside dogs make sure that their water has not frozen over, and that inside dogs should wear coats when they go outside, because they don't grow their own coats as outside dogs do.
Was it was a bad editing job by Global, and that he really did suggest that dogs be brought into the house? I can only hope.
