I can't agree more about the dog not being your typical loved faimly pet!!! All I saw was dog chained outside his dog house --- I did not see any picture of a fmily member lying inside with the dog . Any of us who love our dogs could have found hundereds of pictures to give the press, of our dog interacting with us---I find the picture provided very "vague" to say the least.
We need to continue supporting Judy Stone in her fight to have chained dogs banned in the City, Province, country, world!!!! Another policeman, acting in a split second, is now criticized --- easy for "them" to say that the dog was chained and he "should not have" done what he did. This police officer has to live with this act for the rest of his life --- he probably put the dog out of its misery.
