I am hearing that there were 2 assessments done. When was the 2nd one done? I want to find out if he was reclassified and marked as a wolf-hybrid.

Was it the second assessment that did him in?
Who did the assessments?

How come there is no answer? I wrote to the CEO Doug Brimacombe, Brian Houlihan at the Victoria SPCA (who had the 2 assessments at the CAC meeting held on June 24th), the Board of Directors and the CAC. The CAC meets on Monday. Perhaps they will be able to get an answer as to what happened to Austin at that time. The CAC minutes for June 10 and June 24 show that the CAC also wanted to know why Austin was killed.
