Thank you for the important coverage of the direction the BC SPCA is choosing.

The BC SPCA was formed to enforce the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act and unfortunately many of us involved in Animal Welfare feel they have forgotten the Animal Welfare Part. To seize a dog from an abusive situation, provide the dog with very limited resources, test the dog with a tool designed to fail abused dogs and then decide to kill the seized dog is not Animal Welfare.
Unfortunately the easy yet absolutely unacceptable solution appears to be what the BC SPCA has decided to do to help abused dogs in this province.

Thank you for providing the donating public with a small look at the misbehaviour of the BC SPCA and I encourage you to continue providing coverage of the same misbehaviour in the future.
