Here's another of her bald-faced lies, repeated by the Delta Optimist on June 23/04 without any due diligence to check facts so that lies are not given wide credence:

"Chortyk noted two Mastiff-Rottweiler dogs that viscously mauled 14-year-old Shenica White in Vancouver two years ago scored between a four and five on the same scale."

The two dogs were not ever put through any test. That has been confirmed by the Vancouver City pound. They were surrendered for destruction. The SPCA did not assess those dogs either; the SPCA had nothing to do with them.

Does Chortyk's professional association, The Canadian Public Relations Society, permit outright and repeated lying by its members? If you think they ought to know about the highly questionable statements by their member, Lorie Chortyk, here is where you write"
