How Many Dogs Must Die Before the BCSPCA Starts Listening to Rescue Groups?

It's not only next to impossible to "assess" a dog in a shelter, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE.

When is the BCSPCA going to learn??? How many dogs must die because the Society for the PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO ANIMALS, REFUSES to listen to those of us out here, ON THE FRONT LINES, that have been "rehabilitating" the "BAD" dogs for years, and years?

In fact, what ARE the number of dogs, the breeds, and the history of the dogs that Nadine Gourkow has "rehabilitated" herself? Are they all like the golden lab she had with her at the meeting in Victoria on July 12/04??? Gourkaw gave tons and tons of lip service at the meeting, but NOT one good reason to use the DTA-IV tool in Victoria or any other SPCA.

If the all-mighty Rebecca Ledger was the creator of this tool, where is Miss Ledger? I couldn't understand a word Gourkaw was saying, and my guess is, it's because she couldn't understand a word that was coming out of her own mouth. When is the BCSPCA going to STOP letting this woman out of her cage?

I've been working with "unadoptable", now "adoptable" dogs, way too long to let someone come into MY SHLETER and sway me in ANY WAY WHATSOEVER.

The DTA4 assessment tool will NOT work in Victoria.
