Some SPCA pound contracting employees had some pretty hot-shot (pun intended)images of themselves, and pretty itchy trigger fingers. We were told by one (horrified) union member that some union members wanted to be allowed to carry guns, you know , like real police only they would shoot dogs not crooks.
