I don't understand this! I just do not understand and am completely frustrated by this.

Is the SPCA not SUPPOSED to be about saving lives? And how could anyone other than a VET be allowed to perform a euthanasia?

I don't understand how this could be ethical with the college of veterinarians at ALL. This honestly saddens and sickens me.

I believe a veterinarian is supposed to be the one to do this and that there should never be anyone other than a licensed veterinarian performing this and for anyone else to do so is totally, totally unethical.

WHAT has happened to the SPCA and its mandate to 'speak for those who cannot speak for themselves'?
