I am named in the writ filed against AAS by the BC SPCA as a "member" of AAS. I find this odd, as AAS does not now, nor has it ever, had a membership list - it has supporters.

I am, however, a current member of the BC SPCA, under my current address. Since they can't seem to find me to serve me with the writ, I would suggest to the BC SPCA that they check their current membership list for the address to serve me my papers at. I know they have my current address, as they mailed me their "Planned Giving" package to it three months ago.
