You put it so well Carol. If it was not for AAS how will the SPCA become honest and start to really work for the welfare of the animals?
Instead of suing AAS and others, why not take a hard look at the criticisms by the public and decide what improvements could be made?
AAS has never been out to destroy the SPCA, but instead to push to do as much for animal welfare as possible, in fact, both are really on 'the same side'.
Everyone understands it is difficult to run a large organization, however, there are some real concerns being made by the public that the SPCA desperately needs to address such as the temperment testing done on dogs, and the euthanasia of these animals as well as the huge animal overpopulation that continues to be a problem, and the real lack of good homes, chained dogs, and yard, garage dogs that the SPCA does nothing about.
What about all that?
