Hi Everybody,

I have an event decorating company and we used to do event planning as well. I've decided to donate my company and it's resources to hosting a dinner/dance for AAS at the Vancouver Public Library on Nov 13, 2004.

We will have a silent auction and a cash bar as well. Tickets are selling for $80 ea or $150 for a couple. It will be a really fun night for those attending and I hope to make it an annual event should it turn a good profit for AAS. If you are interested in tickets or would like more info please contact me.
If you are not able to buy tickets we are in huge need of volunteers in order to cut costs a bit. The caterer has offered to use some volunteers, as well I need people to sell drink tickets, man the silent auction and if anyone knows how to bartend I need another bartender, etc., etc. If you only have a couple hours to spare we could use help setting up in the late afternoon, early evening. I prefer not to have to ask my friends and family to do these jobs as I need them to buy tickets!
