One of AAS's major complaints against the BC SCPA over many years is that the SPCA carefully did not rock its boat with any real education, and that it did not pay for any advertising to educate (aside from its soft 1+1=6 ad that it shared with the BC Veterinarian's Association and which may have been entirely paid for by the BC VMA as it promoted spay/neuter).

The 100 Mile House SPCA may have been given this ad for free, but at least it tells the public something it needs to know, instead of like other SPCA ads that only say "Send us money right away or more may die"!
