On Tues. Oct 12th, I did reach Simon Trevelyan on the phone. I reiterated how the SPCA cashed my membership cheque on June 17th 2004, but since then has refused to send me a membership card, answer my letters, or speak to me on the phone.

Mr. Trevelyan said he could not talk to me about this matter, "as it is now in the hands of the (BC.SPCA Society's President, Mary Lou Troman.
I asked him what that meant.

He replied that it meant he could not speak to me and that Ms. Troman will be sending me a letter "in the next couple of days."

I asked if she would be sending me a cheque along with the letter, and he said that he can't discuss it, it is Ms. Troman's decision.

This is in response to a request for membership?
What on earth is really going on?
