It continues to amaze me that people within the SPCA have no clue about dog behaviour. I find it interesting to learn as much as I can about their behaviour, and to understand what it takes to rehabilitate a dog.

To see a dog come from a stressful environment and watch the dog bloom and grow, is one of the most rewarding things a foster home have ever seen or experienced. Why the SPCA chooses to dispose of dogs, instead of putting some of their donations towards rehabilitation continues to amaze, shock and disgust me.

It is completely frustrating for those of us who have seen some amazing things come from dogs when they are socialized and learn to trust people again.

When will the SPCA ever get its act together???
