Did Simba see a vet while he was under the care of the BC SPCA?

How were Simba's ears? Did they need attention?
How were Simba's teeth? Did they need attention?
Does Simba have arthritis? Does he need medication for pain?

All sorts of questions which will never be answered.

However, my experience in dealing with older dogs is that they almost always need veterinary care.

Simba spent his life in a yard.

What are the chances that Simba did not need veterinary care?
EXTREMELY LOW.

What are the chances that he received all the care required while under the care of the BC SPCA?
