TNR Does Make for Happy, Healthy Feral Cats

Trap, neuter, and return IS the only rational and humane solution to the feral cat overpopulation problem. As a volunteer feeder at several stations, I have to say that the TNR'd ferals we feed are very healthy looking cats indeed, once trapped and altered. TNR is humane AND effective, and it's high time the BC SPCA looked into implementing a province wide program and supporting what so many of us are already doing so successfully on our tiny budgets.

You have submitted an extremely well thought out and comprehensive letter Lana. I hope the Board and Mr. Daniell are able to offer you an equally thoughtful and comprehensive reply.
