Very Interesting!

What I would like to see is a complete finincial report for each branch listing operating expences, saleries, Vet costs, pet food costs, etc. I would also like to see where the money came from, private donations, Government, animal sales, etc.

Why is this information so closely guarded??
What are they trying to hide?
I was under the impression that the SPCA provided a public service by providing a service to the community it is located in.
This information is not available under the FOI act. Why?
