Thank you Animal Advocates Society, for acting on this sad pathetic situation. It is disgusting to think that the SPCA was called over and over and it was deemed not to be an emergency, when dogs are neglected and left in filth, neglected so badly that they act like feral dogs.

Animal Advocates is about TRUE animal welfare, but the SPCA is obviously not, when it continually ignores complaints of neglect and abuse.
