over a three year period from the SPCA. And PAWS were not the only ones to complain about the abuse, neglect, and deprevation these animals were suffering!
Along with all the dogs there was also a "house" that held over 30 cats that were also abused, neglected, and tortured! Each and everyone of the cats that could be found had to be put to sleep due to extreme illness.
My deep and on-going concern is that once again, even with ALL the information and reports that were received by the SPCA nothing was done!
It took a group of volunteer's to have these dogs rescued and allow the cats to no longer suffer at the hands of this person.
