I don't need to repeat Carol's excellent letter, but I would like to add that I too run a small feral cat rescue group.
Currently, the group, Friends For Cats, consists of one person, me. I alone have had more than 18 cats spayed and neutered in the last month. And I paid the veterinarian who performed the surgeries.
