...that only 3% of cats are claimed and that only a few of the unclaimed are sold. He said that the year after Mr Collin and Mr Hooper claimed that they only killed 1% of healthy animals. Mr Nelson was the man who worked for Mr Collin and Mr Hooper, running the Vancouver SPCA's huge pet disposal contracting business. Didn't he tell them? Didn't they ask him?
