Happy Cat Haven - Team Feral

Our long-term team of Lori and Joni, with new helper Pam, were able to live-trap an amazing number of 23 feral cats over a 48 hour period, from Grantham's Landing to Madeira Park. These girls literally work night and day each month to trap ferals, deliver them to Sechelt Animal Hospital where they are vaccinated, treated for parasites and spayed/neutered; the cats are then returned and released to their original site where feeder boxes are maintained by other volunteers. Sechelt Hospital's Dr.Carroll does not charge us for this important service.
