The Society has lost two branches since Ms. Troman became President and Mr. Daniell became CEO. Is Prince Rupert next? How many more are they planning to loose this year? The Prince Rupert Branch was most successful when run by the former local Board of Directors, it's clearly gone down hill since it was taken over by the BC SPCA and its "professional managment team" - might have something to do with driving away their supporters - ones that knew how to raise money.

Until the CEO and his Board realize that the November 3, 2001 Bylaws are a financial flop the Society will continue to decline.
