Sheesh mr. or ms. informed you always seem so quick to jump all over people on this board! I don't see anything in Colleen's message that states that Coyotes and Racoons are not worthy of water as well. Do you think that it is possible she might be concerned that attracting racoons and coyotes might endanger the stray cats that she feeds? When I put out water it is meant for anything that comes along and might need a drink, I don't care what creature it is, I cannot stand the thought of anything dying of thirst! I am sure that Colleen feels the same way!! Try not to read into things so much! :>)
