My big issue with pest control companies is with the ones that bring the traps out and leave them with the individual home owner, and just trust that they will do as they have been told.
Again this year one of the families on our block had squirrels in their roof nesting. And again a trap was brought out and left by a pest control company.
These people trapped the mother squirrel, closed up the hole, and left the babies inside to die of starvation.
Wild life told me they do not handle this type of complaint.
