Animals are weak and vulnerable and cannot speak. That's why we do what we do.

The man is a habitual criminal, a record spanning over 35 years, in 2 countries and for crimes that you don't even know of. Don't you think that the justice system has given him plenty of chances? From the conviction for grow-op he obviously likes doing things the easier, softer way. And for the rest we don't even know. The rest of society wouldn't give him a job in any position of trust, and so should it be. This man obviously has spent his life using illegal means to benefit himself, and after over 35 years he cannot be trusted. There is no way that man should be anywhere near vulnerable animals, children or money. He should not be in a position such as he now to take evidence and statements. This is absolutely ludicrous! He has lost his right to even be considered to be trusted and I am shocked that an animal rights activist would consider a possibility that could put the animals at risk.

I hope the BCSPCA revisits the hiring of this person and deals with it.
