Yes, that is what I was saying in my post. I think this convicted felon is suitable to clean, feed, water, and walk the animals. But, I do not think he should be given the job of special constable. He is trained twice a week, (on his days off) and no doubt getting paid for it. Think of all the overtime this shelter is paying out, a shelter that is over 60 yrs old and is in deperate need of a new building.
