Thanks Judy. I was beginning to wonder if anyone had even thought about the meaning of what I wrote. Why is the SPCA hiring people who breed dogs and mutilate them (ear cropping- it is unnessesary and it must hurt) when they are supposed to be about promoting spaying and neutering and being kind, not cruel to animals? How can they justify paying people like this to work for them? Do they even know anything about the people they hire? Do they even care?
