not only did they have 2 tiger cubs there (all in the name of Education) but they also had 2 poor little penguins. The penguins were right out in the hall without any barriers from the hoards of people circling about - kids trying desperately to touch them. Their handlers kept grabbing them and scooting them in away from the people, who just circled closer. I was dismayed. What kind of lesson does a kid learn about a penguin running around in a mall? Poor creatures must have been terrified.
