Let's all write the BC SPCA about every infraction of its own policies by its employees, CAC members, associates, whatever. Connie or Donna, will you compose the letter and post it so we can all copy it and email the BC SPCA.

Can anyone find out if Dr Harvey is still associated with the SPCA in any way? If he no longer is, we still have to ask the SPCA why it allowed a vet who practices procedures that are against SPCA policy to be on boards, and we have to ask the SPCA if it will in future be screening directors, employees, and CAC's for infractions against policy.

And most important...a letter to the BC SPCA asking it if and when it will be adding a policy on animal breeding by employees, directors, and CAC's. For any of them to breed and sell while their agency is killing thousands of excess pets, is a clear conflict of interest and amounts to a fraudulent misrepresentation of their principles.
