In May last year, the Kamloops SPCA killed 150 cats, the well along with the sick. It killed cats that had had vaccines and would not get sick.
It killed them after hours and lugged their bodies out in garbage bags. According to one of the local vet techs, the order came from BC SPCA Head Office.
And then it cried in the media and said it needed more money... after the cats were dead.
