Trying to help a "guard dog" is what brought me to this and other message boards Vera. The dog had a doghouse, food and water and so nothing was done by the authorities in charge.

He was saved by someone and now lives with a person who smothers him with love. The downside is that this monster went and promptly adopted another dog from a rescue shelter. The cycle continues. (DAMN IT!!!!) I'm saving up for a video camera so I can go back out there and film him beating his new dog. Perhaps that will prompt the "authorities in charge" to lay charges.
