Well, I, too, must be missing something. In a newspaper interview, the BCSPCA said that they had spent thousands of dollars looking for a home for the tigers at this so-called 'zoo', and could not find anywhere to take them.
Now they are saying that the law wouldn't allow them to seize the animals, and they are blaming their inaction on inadequate laws.
Make up your mind, people - you can't have it both ways...well, that is unless the majority of the public read only ONE of the press releases and miss the seeming contradictions.
