Don't let dogs breed unchecked

Natives on Kuper Island and other areas would do well to take a look at their policy of ignoring SPCA recommendations of
spaying and neutering their dogs.
It is the ultimate ignorance to leave dogs to fend for themselves, knowing very well the outcome and living with the incredible dangers to the population.
I have seen first-hand the effects of the current approach of breeding unchecked. The dogs shot are, incredibly, perhaps the lucky ones.
The others are left sick, emaciated and often wounded to fend for themselves.
I am sickened to hear about such disregard for dogs, who will give unconditional love and devotion to even the cruellest of our species.
