Some very interesting info I dug up today, about how and where the BCSPCA spends some of it's grant money. I went back to 1995, and this is what came up:

1998 $ 4,125 SNAP campaign
1999 $30,000 Farm Animal Husbandry Program
1999 $12,500 Pet Visitation Program
2000 $50,000 Alberni/Clayquot branch (for what??)
2001 $30,000 Farm Animal Husbandry Program
2001 $25,000 Feline Shelter Housing project

Can anyone confirm whether any of this money actually got spent where the grants indicate?
Isn't the SPCA supposed to be actively involved with a 100% s/n campaign in Surrey right now? I wonder how it's going...............or if it's even started!
