If you are a voting resident in Vancouver, then write a letter of complaint to the Mayor and Council. Get others you know to do the same. Bombard them with facts and valid info, until they cannot ignore you. Show up at Council meetings and get on the speaking list ahead of time, if you can. Then they will be forced to make changes at VCP. Go to the newspapers with editorials about what you've seen at VCP. Others, like myself, have done this in other municipalities, and I can tell you that it does work. AAS can provide you with some direction and help guide you, but YOU need to be the action taker, as AAS cannot and should not be expected to do it all.
