I live in northern bc and want to know how I can get involved in making a difference in my community. Can I somehow get AAS out in the community here so people are aware of what is really going on. Our local SPCA says the same things as the shelters in the stories I have read at this website. I have called numerous times to report abuse and neglect and nothing is ever done. I know of backyard breeders that are just two houses down from me. They recently bread their Rottweiler and the puppies are just about ready to go. They have told animal control that as soon as the pups are ready the dog will be gone too, not sure what they will do with it?! Have you received positive feedback from municipalties on your quest to change laws for breeding? I am an animal lover and can't bare to see what some of the animals in my community go thru. I hope that I can educate people in my community to fight for a better future for those abused and neglected animals of the world.
